室內(nèi)消火栓維護(hù)要注意什么？

1.消火栓外檢查：檢查消火栓門(mén)關(guān)閉是否良好,，鎖,、玻璃有無(wú)損壞，消火栓門(mén)封條是否完好,；

2.隨機(jī)抽取消火消火栓總數(shù)的10%測(cè)試,，按消火栓報(bào)警按鈕，消防中心應(yīng)有正確的報(bào)警顯示,，檢查箱內(nèi)元件是否良好,、有無(wú)脫落，消火栓內(nèi)水龍頭有無(wú)滲漏,；
2. Randomly select 10% of the total number of fire hydrant for test, press the fire hydrant alarm button, the fire center shall have correct alarm display, and check whether the components in the box are in good condition and whether they fall off, and whether the faucet in the fire hydrant leaks;
3.開(kāi)消火栓門(mén)取出水帶,，仔細(xì)檢查有無(wú)破損，如有應(yīng)即修補(bǔ)或替換,；檢查有無(wú)發(fā)黑發(fā)霉,，如有，應(yīng)取出刷凈,、晾干,；
3. Open the fire hydrant door, take out the water hose, carefully check whether it is damaged, and repair or replace it if any; Check whether there is blackening and mildew. If there is, take it out, brush it and dry it in the air;
4.將水帶交換摺邊或翻動(dòng)一次；

5.檢查水槍,、水帶接頭連接是否方便牢固,、有無(wú)缺損，如有,，立即修復(fù),，然后擦凈在消火栓內(nèi)放好；

6.查接口墊圈是否完好無(wú)缺,，替換閥上老化的皮墊,，將閥桿上油；

7.檢查修整全部支架，掉漆部位應(yīng)重新補(bǔ)刷,，同時(shí)油漆,；

8.將消火栓箱內(nèi)清掃干凈，部件存放整齊后,，鎖上消火栓門(mén)，更換檢查標(biāo)簽卡,。

9.檢查后在消防箱檢查卡上簽名,，放置在消防箱內(nèi)，并貼上公司統(tǒng)一印制的消防箱封條,。
